Booking an Appointment
If this is your first time booking with Stephanie, or if this is a new injury, please select “Initial Injury Assessment (60 min)“.
You will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment, including an intake health form that must be filled out prior to your appointment.
Appointments can be booked online a minimum 24 hours in advance, and are on an appointment-only basis.
If you require an appointment to be cancelled, please email a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, a late cancellation fee will be applied.
